Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
At Frondly LLC, we value your trust and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect when you visit our website, submit requests, or use our palm care and arboricultural services across Southwest Florida, and how we handle that information.
1. Information We Collect
When you interact with our website, request a free estimate, or schedule palm trimming services, we may collect the following personal and property details:
- Contact Details: Your full name, phone number, and email address.
- Service Location: Physical property address (including street, city, and zip code) to verify coverage and optimize our neighborhood routes.
- Property & Tree Information: Palm count, property type (residential or commercial), and specific service requests (e.g., dead frond removal, hurricane prep).
- Property Photos: Images uploaded via our estimate request form to assist our arborists in assessing palm conditions, access routes, and equipment needs.
- Usage & Device Data: Pages visited, browser and device type, and how you use the site. This is collected only if you accept optional analytics cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We collect and use your information solely for legitimate operational and business purposes, including:
- Generating and delivering accurate estimates for palm care services.
- Scheduling visits and organizing efficient proximity-based truck routes to lower costs and fuel consumption.
- Sending automated SMS and email service updates, including crew arrival windows and before-and-after service photos.
- Communicating with you regarding inquiries, customer service requests, or referral rewards.
3. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your information only with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as scheduling software, cloud hosting, and SMS notification gateways) strictly under confidentiality agreements.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar browser storage technologies to keep essential preferences.
- Essential: A sign-in session cookie that keeps customers and vendors signed in on the Account, Customer Portal, and Vendor Portal pages (needed for sign-in to work, set only when you sign in), and a small browser-storage entry that remembers your cookie choice (named
frondly_cookie_consent). - Optional analytics and tracking: Used to understand how the site is used and how well our estimate and contact forms work. They are OFF by default and only load after you click Accept in our cookie banner. Provider: Analytics provider, e.g. Google Analytics, not yet installed. Cookie lifetimes: 1-24 months.
- Third-party content: Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads, regardless of your cookie choice. We do not currently use advertising or social-media pixels.
Managing your choice: You can accept or decline optional cookies in the banner when you visit our website, and change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings button at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site (such as signing in) may stop working. Declining optional cookies does not affect your ability to request an estimate or use the site.
5. Data Retention
We retain customer records and service photos for as long as necessary to provide ongoing care, fulfill our warranty obligations, and comply with applicable legal requirements. Retention period: 12 month retention period.
6. Security of Your Information
We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal data. While we strive to protect your information, no transmission over the internet or wireless network can be guaranteed 100% secure.
